Our staff is available wherever you need us.  We pay attention to every detail from ensuring that all equipment is working properly, to personally overseeing room layouts, table settings and flowers/decor, to supervising the overall production and set-up at every conference and meeting. We coordinate meeting room assignments, set up times and group assignments.  We even offer the development, coordination and execution of team building activities.

Our on-site concierge services are available to assist your guests at all times including a registration and hospitality desk, welcome packets, program information, amenities and tracking of all packages and shipments. Your guests will be treated like VIP.

We have strong business relationships with unique global venues, including all major and boutique hotel brands, saving you time and money in the process. We will source the perfect venue, book all travel and hotel reservations and manage all transportation including negotiations, concessions, and contracts. This includes airport greeters & transfers, transportation to the event and departure notices.

We will create an estimated and final budget and maintain it throughout your entire event. You can be at ease knowing we will manage all your vendor invoices, payment timelines and final review of all bills to ensure they are comprehensive and accurate.

It is our job to ensure we represent you in the most exceptional way possible. We design your event with unique, customized beauty and impeccable décor. You will be presented with a creative, themed strategy including signage, branding, decorations and gift ideas. Every last detail will be monitored and executed flawlessly.
Our production and technical expertise allows us to present original and extraordinary concepts to your event. We source all vendors including DMC’s, AV and lighting.
